Fees for Planning Drawings & Listed Building Consent
Every property and project is different, so I provide an individual quotation based on the work involved. Whether you need drawings for a house extension, a listed building consent application or Building Regulations drawings, you will receive a clear explanation of the proposed service and fees before work begins.

No VAT added to my fees
H Leaf & Co Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to my professional fees. For homeowners, this helps keep the overall cost of the service down.
Any council application fees, mapping costs or fees for other specialists will be identified separately where applicable.
A quotation tailored to your project
Fees depend on the size and complexity of the proposals, the survey and drawings required, and any supporting documents needed. Listed buildings may require additional research, detailed drawings and heritage statements.
Your quotation will explain what is included and identify any exclusions. If the scope changes or additional work becomes necessary, I will discuss any effect on the fees with you before proceeding with that additional work.
